Your use of Outer Circle comes with certain rights and responsibilities, governed collectively by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the following documents.

We try to keep these policies as clear, fair, and readable as possible but they are legal documents that you agree to.

• Terms of Service generally covering use of the Outer Circle services
• Privacy Policy documents what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and who we share it with.
• Restricted Use and investigation policy
• Refund Policy for both event organisers and event entrants
• Cancellation Policy and process for event organisers and entrants to close their account
• Security and Bug Reporting explaining the security we have in place and how to tell us if you think you've found a security issue.
